Failure:The ultimate way of success

In this world, sometimes people don't fail only in a particular thing,in fact they fail in many other things,they fail their dreams, they fail their confidence, they fail their self-esteem,even some of them fail their lives.

Why failure is crucial for us?

Failure is a crucial part of life.In fact, failure is essential because failure is life's great teacher, who teaches us many invaluable lessons of life.
But when we think about failure, we think of things in a negative way.We say that failure is the cause of remorse, regret and emotional turmoil, failure gives us pain.
In my opinion, this pain of failure ultimately help us to gain.
Michael Jordan said,"I failed over and over and over again in my life.And that's why I succeed.




How to deal with failure?

If we explore carefully then we'll get ,we are facing failure from our childhood. But that time we didn't give importance to failure because then we hadn't fear of failure.
Let you tell me,when you were the few months old child then,did you learn walk in single step? I think no,because I also failed many times during learning that. And we didn't fail once,not twice, even not ten times.We failed many times and if we gave up that time then we haven't stand on our feet.That was our success.

Don't make emotional attachment 


As we all know that failure is a part of success still many people are try to hide their failure to their selves. Just because they haven't found the right way of do a particular work.It doesn't mean that you are a failure. If you think that you are a failure then it can be drop a negative effects on you in the both manner physical and mentally. This thing can become the cause of low confidence,depression and low self-esteem.


A person who grew up poor in communist China, failed his university entrance exam twice after a great deal of studying, he finally passed on the third try.He graduated on 1988 and started applying to as many jobs as he could that time.He received more than a dozen rejections and after sometime, he hired as an English teacher.He was a natural with his students and loved his job although he only made $12 a month at a local university. He rejected from Harvard university almost ten times.He had no experience of computers or coding, but he captivated by the internet when he used it for the first time during a trip to the US in 1995.He had started a translation business and made the trip to help a Chinese firm recover a payment. His first online search was "beer". Though his first two ventures failed, four years later he gathered 17 of his friends in his apartment and convinced them to invest in his vision for an online marketplace. Soon,the service started to attract members from all over the world. By October 1999,the company had raised $5 million from Goldman Sachs and $20 million from Softbank. He said to a gathering of his employees " We will make it because we are young and we never,never give up".
In 2005,Yahoo invested $1 billion in his company in exchange for about a 40% stake in the company. This was huge for his company at the time it was trying to beat eBay in China and it would eventually be an enormous win for Yahoo too,netting it $10 billion his company's IPO alone.
The company's $150 billion IPO was the largest offering for a US-listed company in the history of the New York stock exchange. It also made his the richest person of China, with an estimated worth of $25 billion.
This successful person name is Jack MA, CEO of Ali Baba group.

Find out the specific cause of failure


If you dwelling on your failure then it can become the cause of anger,frustration, anxiety, blame, regret, so don't dwelling on it instead of that you should try to see the positive side of failure and ask to yourself that,what did you learn from this?
Every failure has a specific cause and this defect either in you or in your way which have you applied to achieve succeed.Sometimes defect can be in both things.
If the defect is in you then start to improve it by yourself. And remind your previous mistakes which you made in last attempt.
If the defect is in your way of approach, take  advice to experience holder of that particular work,ask for guidance to Master's of that field.

Positivity: the way of peaceful life

A positive personality will have more an impact on your success and happiness.Now,talk about your
physical diet.Your physical diet has a large impact on your levels of health and energy.Your diet plays a crucial role in your life. If you eat fresh,healthy and avoid the foods which is bad for you,you'll get more energy,be resistant to most diseases,sleep better and feel happier.

In the same way,your mental diet determines your character and personality.When you feed your mind with positive thoughts,books,audio programs,information, conversation with positive people. You develop more positivity in yourself and you become more persuasive.The more develop positivity will increase your self-confidence and self-esteem.


Here are some ways which will help you to become a positive person. 

Positive self-talk

Don't say anything to yourself that you wouldn't say to anyone else.Be confident and encouraging yourself.If a negative thought enters your mind ,evaluate in rationally and respond with affirmations of what is good about you.Think about things your're thankful for in your life.This is how great people think most of the time.
Psychologists say that 95% of your emotions are determined by the way you talk to yourself as you go through your day.
The second fact is that if you don't deliberately and consciously talk to yourself in a positive and constructive way,you will by default think about things that make you unhappier,cause of your worry and anxiety.
Remember,your mind is like a garden.If you don't deliberately plant flowers and tends them carefully,weeds will grow.
Same as if you don't think positive thoughts then negative thoughts will grow in your mental garden effortlessly. 

Surround yourself with positive people

The people with whom you live and work have more of an impact on your emotion and your success.
May be now, some of you are thinking that how they have an impact on your emotion and success because they control your self-talk.
That's why,you should associate with positive people,with winners,with people who are happy and optimistic and who going somewhere  with their lives.

Positive mental diet

As your body need healthy nutritious food for being healthy. In the same way,your mind also need mental protein.Read positive and motivational books and articles.
Feed your mind with information and thoughts that encouraging  and that make you feel happier and confident about yourself and your world.
Did you know that every time you learn something new which can help you to improve your life,your brain release endorphins which are called nature's happy drug and you actually feel happier? 

Meditation

People who meditate daily have positive thoughts then those who don't.Meditation have many benefits for health.According to research person who meditate daily continued to display increase mindfulness,purpose in life,social support and decreased illness symptoms.

Health habits which increase positivity

You are going to live to be 80 or 90 or a hundred years old or more than hundred years in a healthy way.And there is way to do this. You have to eat excellent foods,healthy and nutritious.An excellent diet will have an immediate positive effect on your thoughts and feelings.
You  have to make a habit of exercise at least 210 minutes of motion per week,that's 30 minutes per day from running,walking,swimming in a working out on equipment in the gym.
When you exercise on a regular basis.You feel  happier,healthier and experience of lower levels of stress. 

Some factors are increase negativity

  • Fatigue
  • Lake of exercise
  • Non-stop work without rest
  • Over thinking
  • Unhealthy food

Changing your worldview is fundamental if you'd like to develop self efficacy. There is no shortcut to change it overnight. Though your personal experiences and your interpretation of them has deeply ingrained your beliefs about the locus of control.
Nothing is lost for the people who haven't developed strong self efficacy when they had chance.
Here I'll tell you that why self efficacy is essential for us.

Que:1 What is the difference between self efficacy  and self esteem?

Ans: If you have strong self efficacy,you believe you can achieve certain goals. And when you have high self esteem, you consider your self a valuable human being but it doesn't have to affect your self efficacy, as you can still doubt your abilities.
If you lack self confidence, learning new skills is difficult. Moreover,even if you're good at 
Something, your lack of self worth might make you think you're still inferior to others.


Que:2 How self efficacy affect your life ?

Ans: Low self efficacy can dramatically lower your chances of achieving person success.If you don't believe in your abilities,You are not likely to set big goals that have the highest chance of making a dramatic improvement in your life.Since you also doubt in your ability to achieve success,you won;t do your best.You constantly set the bar higher and higher and improve yourself on a daily basis.People who don't believe in their abilities are less likely to apply for better paid job and develop their career.

There are some ways to develop self efficacy as an adult.
Put away the past and let's focus on what can do about it now.

1. Experience of mastery- The most important factor that influence your self efficacy is the experience of mastery.When you complete a task successfully,your self efficacy increases. On the other hand,failure to achieve a goal can undermine and weaken your self efficacy  especially if you don't believe in your abilities.

2. Social modeling- It's easier to relate to people who are similar to you.You'll get a more powerful inspirational effect from watching novice succeed than from observing the elite performances.Watching yourself succeed can be as effective as watching others succeed.Record yourself performing tasks successfully to increase your confidence.Watching others succeed increases your self efficacy,while watching other failure decrease it.However,self efficacy can't be built on social modeling alone achieving small wins is still the first thing you have to develop lasting self efficacy.


3.Psychological  responses-Experiencing stress can decrease your self efficacy if you consider it a sign of your in ability.
